First Aid Kits for Emergency Preparedness

Take a minute to check your family’s emergency preparedness first aid kit.  Do you really have what you need in it?  Do you know what you should have inside the first aid kit?  Don't have a first aid kit, then you will definitely need to add this to your list of emergency items.

Just add the following items to your shopping list and assemble a first aid kit. Consider creating a kit for each or your vehicles as well.  No one says an emergency will only happen at home or at work.
